Join the First Certified Network of Morel Cultivators in Europe

At CultivateMorels.com (powered by Euro Mushrooms), we’re building a trusted network of greenhouse farmers across Europe trained and licensed to cultivate morel mushrooms using our proven system. Here’s what it takes to get started:

Who Can Apply?

Our program is open to:
  • Greenhouse farmers with at least 100 m² of available growing space
  • Agricultural cooperatives and professionals seeking crop diversification
  • New farmers or horticulture entrepreneurs with infrastructure in place

Two Licensing Levels

a. Trial License (Starter Plan) – €49
  • For farms cultivating 100 m² to 500 m²
  • Duration: 2 growing seasons (approximately 2 years)
  • Designed to familiarize farmers with the lifecycle of morels and our cultivation method
  • Allows cultivation with our spawn bags and includes basic support
  • Note: Trial license does not permit the use of the “Euro Mushrooms Certified” brand on packaging
 
b. Commercial License – €499 (Free with purchase of 2,000 bags or more)
  • •For farms cultivating between 5,000 m² and 10,000 m² (0.5 to 1 hectare)
  • Grants full use of the Euro Mushrooms certification
  • Includes access to advanced training, marketing resources, and preferred pricing
  • Allows the sale of morels under the Euro Mushrooms network with full traceability

Land Requirements

  • Flat or gently sloped greenhouse space (not outdoors)
  • Minimum trial surface: 100 m²
  • For full commercial license: must scale to 5,000–10,000 m² within 2 years
  • Soil or growing bed with ability to maintain humidity, shading, and ventilation

Infrastructure Expectations

  • Shaded greenhouse (we provide netting and environmental guidance)
  • Irrigation or misting system
  • Basic environmental control: hygrometer, thermometer, and airflow system
